Basement Plumbing

• Replaced hot and cold water manifolds, servicing 10 hot and 15 cold water lines.

• Installed individual 1/4-turn shut-off valves and labelled each manifold line.

• Reconnected two exterior hose bibs.

• Reconnected the washing machine supply with hammer arrestors.

Main Floor Plumbing

• Replaced water supply lines for the two-piece bathroom.

• Updated kitchen sink and dishwasher water connections, including a hammer arrestor.

• Replaced the refrigerator water supply line.

Second Floor Plumbing

• Replaced water supply lines for the three-piece main bathroom.

• Replaced water supply lines for the four-piece ensuite bathroom, including the soaker tub connections.

Additional Plumbing Upgrades

• Replaced existing Poly-B piping with PEX-A and brass fittings.

• Installed shut-off valves for toilets and sinks.

Access openings were required throughout the home to safely remove and replace the existing Poly-B piping.

Following the plumbing installation, our team coordinated repairs to the affected walls and ceilings, including taping, mudding, and surface preparation.

Throughout the project, we worked to minimize interruptions and maintain access to essential plumbing. Where necessary, at least one toilet and one sink were kept functional at the end of each workday.
