More Than 15 Years of Experience Led to One New Beginning
Before there was Studio Plumbing & Heating, there were years spent learning the trade, working in construction and seeing firsthand what homeowners really needed from a plumbing company.
After more than two decades in plumbing and construction, Brian had seen just about every side of the industry. He knew that good plumbing mattered—but he also knew that the way homeowners were treated mattered just as much.
The Beginning of Studio Plumbing
In 2019, Brian decided it was time to build something of his own.
Studio Plumbing & Heating started with the belief that a plumbing company could provide great workmanship while also giving homeowners something equally important: straightforward advice, clear communication and dependable service.
There wasn't a large team or complicated operation behind it. It started with experience, hard work and the determination to build a local company one customer at a time.

As Studio Plumbing began to grow, so did everything happening behind the scenes.
In 2020, we built the systems needed to support both the team and the homeowners they served.
Scheduling, customer communication, administration, finance and marketing became part of a more organized process.
What started as a plumbing company was gradually becoming a team built around making the entire customer experience better.
Great plumbing is only part of a great customer experience. Communication, organization and follow-through matter too.
Then We Started Seeing the Same Problem Again and Again

Across Edmonton and surrounding communities, homeowners were dealing with aging Poly-B plumbing.
But replacing the pipes wasn't always the hardest part.
Homeowners were often left trying to coordinate plumbers, drywall contractors, painters themselves.
We saw an opportunity to make the process easier.
One-Stop Poly-B Replacement
Studio Plumbing began developing a more coordinated approach to Poly-B replacement.
Instead of homeowners having to piece the project together, our goal became to help manage it from start to finish.
