Sheila joined the company in 2020, partnering with her husband Brian to help grow their plumbing business into one of the region’s most trusted providers. Having known each other for over a decade before building the business together, their shared values of integrity, reliability, and great service guide everything they do.

Sheila focuses on the marketing, finance management, and permitting that help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages the company’s marketing and brand presence, looks after the finances, and handles permits to help projects move forward without delays.

Outside of work, Sheila and Brian enjoy spending time with their kids, supporting their activities, and staying active as a family. Their teamwork at home reflects the same partnership that helps their business grow.

Jarrod is a skilled and reliable 3rd-year plumber who has quickly become an invaluable member of our team. With experience working in a construction company, Jarrod brings a strong understanding of building systems, project workflows, and hands-on problem solving, which allows him to tackle every plumbing job with precision and efficiency.
